My faith
Jesus Christ saved me from myself. As a young know-it-all—aka a knucklehead—I got involved in everything that was not of God. Yet, He was kind enough to save me, little ol' me! HALLELUJAH, THANK YOU, JESUS!
My background
I was born in Chicago and raised in Montgomery, AL, while spending spring and summer breaks in Vicksburg, MS. After serving 9 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, I moved to Atlanta, GA, in 2017 and was saved on May 1, 2021.
My involvement
Today, I live to be a disciple for King Jesus and share how He saved me with anyone who will listen. I currently serve as a Certified Peer Specialist in mental health while pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Counseling. Additionally, I volunteer with the nonprofit organization Back on My Feet, working to end homelessness.
